Distance Selling Regulations
This paragraph sets out those items required pursuant to the EC Directive on Distance Selling (Directive 97/7) as ratified by the Consumer Protection (Contracts Concluded by Means of Distance Communications) Regulations 2000.
a. Identity. The supplier of any goods purchased pursuant to the Terms and Conditions is: Applied Biomechanics.
b. Description of Goods. The goods sold pursuant to these Regulations comprise items selected from those available on our Website.
c. Price. The price of goods purchased via the Website shall be the price advertised on our price list at the time of purchase together with Value Added Tax and any other relevant tax thereon at prevailing rates from time to time.
d. Delivery Costs. Prices advertised on our website include mailnland UK delivery. Additional delivery options including signed for postage are availble. If signed for postage is not used, our responsibility is to post item by Royal Mail 1st class post and retain proof of posting. If the package does not arrive it is purchaser who has to claim from post office for loss.
e. Payment. Payment for any goods purchased pursuant to these terms must be made by debit or credit card at the time of placing the order and prior to delivery.
f. Cancellation. In accordance with the Regulations and in certain circumstances you have a right of cancellation within seven days.
